Account Based Marketing Specialist Full Time

• Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement an ABM strategy in collaboration with sales and marketing teams to target key accounts.
  • Identify and segment highvalue accounts and create personalized campaigns to engage decisionmakers within those accounts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to refine the ABM approach.
• Campaign Execution:
  • Design and execute multichannel ABM campaigns including email marketing social media webinars and content marketing.
  • Create accountspecific marketing assets (e.g. personalized emails landing pages case studies).
  • Coordinate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. sales content design) to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed efficiently.
• Collaboration with Sales:
  • Partner with sales teams to understand account needs pain points and objectives.
  • Support sales efforts by providing relevant content insights and data on targeted accounts.
  • Track and communicate account engagement metrics with the sales team to optimize outreach and followup strategies.
• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and measure the success of ABM campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement pipeline contribution and ROI.
  • Provide regular reports to key stakeholders on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot Marketo Pardot) to track account engagement and optimize campaigns.
• Optimization:
  • Continuously test learn and optimize campaigns for better results.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and ABM tools/technologies to enhance ABM programs.
