Job Description:Job Location – ChennaiWork Timings – 7am to 4pm (Australian shift)Package – 6.5 to 7 LPAExperience – 5+ yearsThe role is purely an administrative business process role requiring very high-level accuracy. The role primarily entails:Must have excellent communication skills and exposure in handling international clients.Provision of administration support across all aspects an accounting practice, including invoicing, maintaining client database, liaising with the statutory authorities etc.Secretarial compliance relating to entity registrations/formation, annual compliance/annual returns, amendments to Company registers and relevant filings with statutory authorities.Frequent communications with local/overseas based clients, offices and other key stakeholdersPreparation and lodgement of various statutory forms and minutes. Proactively follow up for signed documents to ensure on time lodgements.Carrying out research activities as required / directed.Assist in the preparation of statutory records and corporate registersAssist in the preparation of resolutions and board minutes using precedentsCollation of financial statements and tax returns and preparing letters associated with these.Maintain and update software systems with client informationAny other tasks that contribute to the function of the accounting department or support/admin teamFemale candidates only.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹650,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:total work: 5 years (Required)
