Job Location – Chetpet, ChennaiJob Timing – 7am to 4pmPackage – 3.5 to 4 LPA➢ Manage End to End administrative activities &Office Coordination which includes handling queriesrelated to workplace, vendors & housekeeping staff.➢ Help with any other assistance to run our offices (alllocations) and operations smoothly➢ Must have experience in Office Asset maintenance and management.➢ Stationery & Housekeeping materials management:Purchase of Stationery & Housekeeping materials on amonthly basis.➢ Take care of all travel bookings for the company across allour locations➢ Responsible for conducting office events, reservations, ITprocurement and coordination, respectively.➢ Handle all Admin registers, Trackers, Documents, folders, PO generation etc➢ To handle office and building premises maintenance and vehicle parking slot.➢ Must have knowledge about PF & ESI with basic accounting knowledge.Immediate joiners preferred.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftExperience:office administration: 3 years (Preferred)Housekeeping management: 3 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 30/04/2022Expected Start Date: 02/05/2022
