1 Centre Manger – Must Know all three language Tamil , English, Hindi language.Centre Manger with Minimum 2 years of Experience in DDUGKY project (Required) & must know Tamil, English, Hindi.2 Domain Trainer – Must Know Tamil and English or Hindi language.a. Description- To deliver accredited training service, mapping to the curriculum detailed above, in accordance with the Qualification Pack “HSS/Q0301”.b. Personal Attributes Aptitude for conducting training, and pre/ post work to ensure competent, employable candidates at the end of the training. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team; a passion for quality and for developing others; well organized and focused, eager to learn and keep oneself updated with the latest in the mentioned field.c. Minimum Educational Qualifications: – B.Sc. MLT with 3 years of experience OR DMLT with 6 years of experience in Clinical Pathology.d. Domain Certification Certified for Job Role: “Medical Laboratory Technician” mapped to QP: “HSS/Q0301” with scoring of minimum 85%.e. Platform Certification Recommended that the Trainer is certified for the Job Role: “Trainer”, mapped to the Qualification Pack: “SSC/Q1402” with scoring of minimum 90%.f. Experience * Minimum 2 years site experience with B.Sc. MLT/NSQF Level 4 certified MLT HSS/Q0301, OR DMLT with 3 years of Experience.
g. Expertise in Microscopy and working on Semi auto-Biochemistry Analyzer will be more recommended.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR15,479.00 – INR25,000.00 per monthSchedule:
