To handle multiple accounts,prioritise and process customer orders by providing quality
customer service and effectively handling customer complaint.
Maintain KPIs by regular check on EDA reports, service standards, timley system updates &
transmission and payments and account receivables follow up.
Develop and maintain relationships with Carriers, Customers, Vendors, Buying Agents,
Operations, Customs brokers etc.
Participate in team meeting to update on best practices, challenges for continuous
improvement.
Conduct Vendor Education Programme and support exporters to understand company systems.
Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
Grow first mile business with existing exporter base.

Salary: From ₹60,000.00 per month
