Com, TALLY Certification, minimum 3 years of work experience in Accounts & Finance Department + minimum 2 years of teaching experience.Aptitude for conducting training, and work to ensure competent, employable candidates. Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, ability to work as part of a team; a passion for earn and keep oneself updated with the latest in the mentioned field quality and for developing others; well-organised and focused.Preparation of sessions as per training guidelines and material applicable for the program. Conducting classes as per schedule and methodology.Ensuring students attendance and participation in the sessions. Counselling students as when required to enable their placements in jobs. Mathematical and analytical approach for center improvement.Candidate who is comfortable to go to the community and can convince students for the course.
