We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Non-Voice Business Executives to join our amazing team! You will be responsible for helping US / Canadian customers by providing assistance. Proficiency in English is mandatory. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer support and inquiries.
• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Update documents and records based on customer interactions.
• Build a rapport with customers.
• Must follow the rules and regulations of the company policies.

Qualifications:

• Excellence in written and verbal communication skills in the ENGLISH language.
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
• Interested candidates with Graduation (Preferred) can apply.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
• Junior: 0-1 years, senior: 1-3 years of experience in Voice or Non-Voice customer support, Fresher can also apply.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift excluding break time.
