JOB PURPOSE
- To verify customer documents via outbound calls and input data in the database
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 100% verification of customers applications and documents
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Preparation of MIS reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers by using the right methods
- Co-ordinate with network marketing companies and clients with respect to different requirements
