Looking For:
SSIS developer with 3+ years of experience working in SQL Server and its related technologies. SSIS and other pivotal platforms is a key area of interest and work.
Should have extensive working knowledge in various ETL processes and Data Warehousing.
Must be experienced in designing and building complete ETL/SSIS process pipelines for moving and transforming data for Data Warehousing
Must be able to follow a streamlined process flow and ensure accuracy at every step of the development process; starting from design and planning.
Should have experience in logging, configurations and deployment of SSIS packages.
Should have extensive working knowledge on various data sources for integration viz., APIs, Excel, Flat File, CSV, XML, SQL server, Access DB etc
Should be proficient in data warehouse concepts viz., star schema, facts and dimensions.
Should possess expertise in Data Flow Task components viz., Conditional split, Merge, Merge Join, Union all, Lookup, Derived Column etc
Should have design, planning and implementation knowledge of ETL-A processes using SSIS/SSRS/SSAS
Should be efficient and knowledgeable in Identifying if there are issues and risks for the data migration activities.
Should be proficient and spontaneous to identify a mitigation plan for the risk discovered.
Should be able to design a quality management scheme and plan for data migration activities including validation of loaded data to ensure the maximum efficiency and accuracy of data populated within the new solution.
Should be able to create and maintain a progress tracker for all data migration activities and stages.

Education:
