Roles and Responsibilities
1) Good verbal and written communication skills
2) Maintaining MD’s calendar, setting up meetings, taking minutes and circulating MOMs post meetings.
3) Coordinating between all the departments for the day to day operations, follow up on their daily tasks, maintain their performance metrics and present it to Management on daily basis.
4) Ensuring all centres’ operations are carried on in appropriate, cost effective way.
5) Handle requests and queries appropriately
6) Make travel arrangements
7) Produce reports, presentations and briefs
8) Should be open for travel
9)Maintain high level of confidentiality
