Responsibilities:
Plan and implement HR strategies and policies.
Stay up to date with the HR best practices, industry trends, latest HR tech tools and platforms like LinkedIn for recommending innovative approaches to enhance HR processes.
Support in implementing employee performance management processes.
Plan and execute employee benefits program and training programs based on identified training needs.
Handle employee relations matters, promoting a positive work environment and addressing conflicts or grievances.Skills & Qualification:
5-8 yrs of prior experience in HR Generalist role
Bachelors’/Masters’ degree in human resources, Business Administration,
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Strong in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint skillsOther Important Information
