Job Description
- Examines eligibility for licenses and permits, and performs compliance and enforcement inspections and analyses.
- They may also conduct environmental, social, and economic impact studies to ensure that hydropower operations comply with government regulations.
- Collects and analyzes business data to assess compliance, conducts risk assessments, and audits and monitors compliance.
- Ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulatory and legal requirements
- They may also develop and implement policies, standards, and procedures, conduct internal audits, and act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies
- Ensuring that a company or organization complies with laws and regulations
