· Address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and social media, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.
· Serves customers by providing order-related information and resolving order-related issues.
·Maintains customer records by updating account information.
·Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
· Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
· Preparing order-related reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
· Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
