Acoustic L.P. Hiring for Senior Finance Specialist at Pune, India Full Time

We are seeking a motivated, creative and innovative full-time Senior Finance Specialist to join our fast-paced Finance shared service team. The successful candidate should be having prior experience working in shared service center and having accounting experience in either AR, AP or GL field . The candidate should be comfortable working directly with other teams but also be an independent self-starter capable of meeting high output expectations.

• AR – Customer billings, maintain ageing and ensuring timely collections

• Liaise with customers and cash application team to identify payments for application to appropriate invoices or on account

• Assist in month end accounting and cash/bank reconciliations

• Assist accounting team with AR reconciliations

• Calculate and track various company key performance indicators where applicable

• Contributes to the overall success of the team and assist with additional duties/assignments when necessary

• Readiness to support international team as per different time Zone ( UK shifts)

• B Com/ CA with 4-5 prior years experience

• Engaging personality with strong communication skills including writing, speaking and active listening

• Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Organization, time management and prioritization abilities

• Strong PC skilling including Microsoft 365

• Ability to work overtime and effectively under tight time constraints
