Acowale Hiring for Graphical Designer Workternship (Internship with Job Placement) at Bangalore Full Time

What will I be working on?

1. Prepare creatives – Banners, Posters for digital presence.
2. Working with the content team to create good quality posts.
3. Working on improving website graphics.
4. Pitch design and artwork ideas for a variety of promotional campaigns.
5. Keep up to date and informed on new social media trends and adapt accordingly. * On successful completion of the workternship, the interns will be inducted and given full time- on roll status based on the workternship performance.

Prerequisite:

1. Access to PC with stable Internet Connection
2. Photoshop/Illustrator/Video Editing/After Effects/Etc or Similar

What is Workternship Program?

At Acowale we believe growth is achieved by giving the opportunity to showcase it.

During our previous year’s hiring quest we found a majority of pupils lacking practical skills and exposure. So we’ve formulated what we call “Workternship”.

Workternship Program is formulated to create a young and vibrant group of individuals with real-time practical knowledge.

We in-take individuals from

• 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th or 5th years at college or
• Those passed-out looking for a job or
• Those even without a degree.

In Acowale, we filter by skills not degree. We don’t care if you got tons of arrears, if you are skilled- welcome to Team Acowale. That’s why even school drop-outs work in senior positions at Acowale, taking into account their skills.

Provided with all benefits of a full-time student intern/trainee, every 6 months a senior team will revisit your performance and selected individuals will be offered paid Internships/traineeship.

Depending on the performance- those in college, once they pass out will be offered a fully paid on-site placement job with attractive package.

Trainees will be offered a fully paid on-site job with attractive package depending on their performance during traineeship.

I am not currently in college. Can I still apply?

Yes. You will join as a trainee/intern and as per your performance we will send you an offer package.

Is this a paid program?

Workternship program is completely free of cost. Acowale or group companies do not collect any payments as course fees.

Is it Remote?

Yes. Currently all Workternship Programs are running remotely. (Online)

Will I get a Internship certificate?

Yes. Even if you drop out of Workternship Program after 6 months, you’ll be provided with Internship/Trainee certificate for the duration.

Can I substitute it against my Mini/Major Project?

Yes. We’ll provide all required documentations and supports.

What is the Workternship Program duration?

If you are a college goer, you’ll be part of Workternship till your course complete. You will be provided with Internship/Trainee certificate for the duration. If we offer you an on-site placement package you can choose to accept or decline it.

Will joining Workternship Program affect my study time?

• No. Workternship program is designed keeping in mind your priority while at college should always be your studies.

• Instead of working every day for a specific time- you will be tasked with assignments that can be completed in a flexible schedule and fully online while you are at college.

• University exam weeks will be off-days.

• Trainees will be provided with flexible work schedule.
