Role Summary:
Assistance in daily HR Operations along with administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization. To be successful in this role, one must have a high level of trust & integrity to handle confidential data, solid organizational skills, and familiarity with HR functions.
This position will be closely involved in several activities like employee engagement, employer branding, grievance handling, travel management, event management, team member data management, and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Own and support various HR programs like onboarding, orientation, exit, grievances, training, other admin activities, etc. Manage a shared company calendar for events and follow deadlines while driving these events seamlessly across locations.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes. Keeping team member records in check at all times.
A typical day at work but not limited to:
Go-to person for the pre-boarding and onboarding of team members, i.e. staying in touch with them, answering their questions, activating their email ID credentials, assigning company assets, and so on.
Recommending possible actions to improve existing processes by carrying out market research, data analysis, and reporting.
Administering team members’ health and welfare plans.
Leave & Attendance management.
Creating Reports, Proposals, Presentations.
Experience, Qualifications & Tools:Experience:
Over 2 years of experience as an HR Administrator.
In-depth knowledge of human resources operations and best practices.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.
Tools:
Knowledge and ability to work on Google Suite Course, workshop experience, or certification in conflict resolution, employee benefits/engagement is preferred.
