Active Construction Company Hiring for Project Manager (Civil) at Jamshedpur Full Time

Skilled and experienced Civil Engineer required for the management of fast-paced industrial construction projects.

Educational Requirement: BE/BTECH/Dip in Civil Engineering

Preferable Work Experience: 15 years with relevant project management experience

Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects etc. to determine and understand the specifications of the project.
• Determine and manage needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
• Plan all construction operations and schedules in phases to ensure deadlines are met
• Monitor equipment and material stocks to ensure consistent availability within budgetary limitations
• Allocate responsibilities to contractors and available manpower
• Supervise the work of laborers, mechanics etc. and give them guidance when needed
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports at regular intervals
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and minimize on-site hazards

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
