1. Answer calls on company helpline/ Knowlarity
2. Answer queries on WhatsApp/wati
3. Answer questions on email/freshdesk
4. Check and have access to order details for shipping status, payment status.
5. Learn product features, solutions, training material, and stay updated.
6. Follow up with shipping agents/couriers to confirm shipping status.
7. Update answers in forms of videos, notes, images, etc, to knowledge base.
8. Give daily and weekly reports of all tickets, open/pending, maintain lowest possible open tickets.
9. Coordinate with several departments for all work.
10. Work at odd hours – nights, mornings, weekends, and split hours accordingly, so customer support seems never off.
11. Give an update to management of major customer issues every week.
12. Maintain customer feedback surveys and Analytics and provide report every week, on customer happiness
