Education/ Experience and Skill Requirement

Qualified Company Secretary with relevant work experience of 2-3 years of post-qualification, preferably practical corporate compliances of a Company;

Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal);

In-depth knowledge of updates under Companies Act and Rules. Knowledge and prior experience of foreign Companies Act would be an added advantage;

Work with different stakeholders within and outside the business to identify and execute key opportunities for the business to meet regulatory compliance goals.

Dynamic go getter, ability to multi-task, willingness to stretch when required, result oriented and strong inter-personal skills.

Responsibilities

Convening Board Meetings and General Meetings along with its documentation and maintenance of statutory records;

Supporting internal departments and liaising with external consultants;

Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and intimating accordingly to internal department;

Implementing of Corporate Governance processes.
