Acunor Infotech is an IT Consulting and Outsourcing company providing a wide-range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions is looking for Freshers to join the US IT Recruitment team.

Role: US IT Recruiter (FRESHER)

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Night shift (starts at 7:30 pm)

WORK FROM OFFICE (Manjeera Trinity Corporate K P H B Phase 3, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072)

Mode of transportation: Self travel / Self transport

Salary: 12,000 – 15,000 per Month.

Recruiter qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree from computers science background or similar.
• Minimum 75% of marks in all Academic Courses(SSC, Inter, Bachelors, Etc.,)
• 0 – 1 years’ experience in recruiting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Effective negotiating skills

Recruiter responsibilities and duties:

• working on various IT / Non – IT recruitments to identify the potential candidates through various sources.
• Work with outside headhunters and staffing agencies to identify new talent in outside sales
• Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally
• Interview potential candidates respective to the client requirement.
• Maintaining good relationship with the potential candidates in identifying the best job opportunity available.
• Writing emails, cold calling, scheduling interviews and following up with candidates in timely manner.
• maintain a track of work done on daily basis
• Having a positive approach towards work and the responsibilities assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
