AD Global Management Services Hiring for Senior Accountant at New Delhi Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities

• Filing of monthly GST return & annual GST return.
• Filing of TDS Return.
• Monthly reconciliation of GST input books Vs. GSTR-2B.
• Through knowledge of provisions of TDS & GST.
• Book Keeping in Accounting Software on daily basis (such as Purchase, Purchase journal, Journal, Receipt & Payments, Credit Card)
• Updation of Bank transactions and reconciliation on daily basis
• Responsible for issuance of Cheque and maintaining record for the same
• Monthly Bank Reconciliation and Keeping and Maintaining of such record
• Customer Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation in co-ordination with Manager
• Updation of ledgers and reconciliation of the same
• Performing basic tasks such as filling of documents and maintaining of various records on daily basis
• Reviewing & Checking of Purchases entries in relation to GRN
• Monthly basis checking and booking of monthly staff expenses
• Preparation of Daily Receipt Details and circulating the report with Sales Team
• Bi-weekly preparation of Overdue receivable report and circulating the same with Sales Team
• Weekly preparation of Overdue payable report
• Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies, if any
• Coordinating with other departments for various documents as per the requirement/procedure.
• Creation of Masters in Accounting Software subject to approval from Manager
• Handling communication with clients and vendors via Sales Team and Other concerned departments (for Accounts Statement, Ledger Details, Reconciliation & etc.)
• Assisting in Other tasks as & when required in Accounts Department.

Job Location- Rohini Sector 3, New Delhi

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
