Adani Airport Holdings Ltd Looking For Executive – Airside/Terminal Planning at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, Full Time
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning and development of Airport (Airside), ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough analysis of terminal capacity, traffic flow, and infrastructure to optimize space utilization and enhance passenger experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate terminal planning initiatives with overall airport development projects and operational processes.
- Utilize industry best practices and technological advancements to drive innovation in terminal design, functionality, and sustainability.
- Develop comprehensive business cases and proposals for terminal expansion, renovation, or enhancement projects, considering financial feasibility and ROI.
- Engage with stakeholders, including airport authorities, government agencies, airlines, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of terminal planning initiatives.
- Provide expertise and guidance on terminal operations, space management, signage, wayfinding, and passenger amenities to optimize airport functionality.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, regulations, and advancements in terminal design and operations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead and mentor a team of terminal planning professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.
- Contribute to the overall strategic vision and long-term planning for the aviation sector within the Adani organization.
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
14-17 years of progressive experience in airport planning, design, and development within the Aviation industry.
Education Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field. Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Airport Management, or relevant discipline is preferred.
Certification required
Professional certification in Airport Planning and Design, Project Management, or related areas would be advantageous.
