Job Title: Associate General Manager, Land Liasoning – Renewable Energy

Location: Bhuj

Purpose

The Associate General Manager, Land Liasoning in Renewable Energy will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the local bodies of Central/State Government, private sector, and civil society. This position will be responsible for ensuring smooth liaisoning with government officials, regulatory agencies, and various internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of renewable energy projects.

Experience

18 to 25 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Business Leaders to build strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the local bodies of Central/State Government, the private sector, and civil society.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government officials, regulatory agencies, and departments to facilitate effective liaisoning for smooth process of lease/sale deed execution, physical demarcation & hand over the land to the project team.
• Maintain the proper records of the Govt/Pvt lands for the hassle-free liaisoning with the Business leaders & Government officials.
• Stay updated on new laws regulations, and policies related to Solar, Wind, real estate and construction, and ensure compliance with all applicable requirements.
• Provide liaisoning support and guidance to project teams, Govt Officials, Police, Panchayat, Forest department, Local Villagers, contractors, and other internal stakeholders etc throughout the project lifecycle.

Education Qualification

Graduation or Post Graduation in a relevant field.

Certification Required

Relevant certifications in Renewable Energy management or related fields would be an advantage.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Technical Skills

• Thorough understanding of Solar and Wind energy regulations, policies, and processes.
