- Responsible for Proper Manpower Planning in Cell Line area for smooth and safe operation.
- Leading role along with Process/quality department for implementing new/Improved process parameters
- Improving OEE, TPM Activities,
- Ensuring day wise & shift wise delivery volume of tools to meet demand of next lines
- Scheduling various training on chemical handling and safety norms to operators and team members.
- Close Cooperation with maintenance team to reduce Breakdown & increase UP TIME.
- Monthly WIP & Shop floor inventory analysis and corrective measures.
- Responsible for Chemical Distribution System operation & compliance as per safety and EHS norms.
- Responsible for QMS in Compliance with ISO 9000:2008, ISO 14001, OHAS :18001IEC 61215, STQC, JET, JIS.
- Implementation of TQM Concept on Shop Floor like 5S,3M,JIT,Suggestion Scheme,OEE,TPM,
SMED Systems on Production Floor.
