• Regular monitoring all KPIs Budget Vs actual with variance & remarks for

variance/unit wise & station wise & their action plan for compliance.

• Prepare and conduct daily planning meeting.
• Monitoring of all performance activity daily as well as monthly and highlight to

top management for further improvements with action plan.

• Conduct fuel oil auditing with committee member like MA&AS, Operation, O&E

and store as per SOP on monthly basis

• Support activities of IMS including internal/external audits as per schedule.
• Conduct trip committee meeting & establishing trip reasons by doing RCA.
• Prepare Sustainability Report for external agency.
• Update & keeping track on coal receipt (RR quantity/weigh bridge quantity/no.

of rakes/Difference between RR quantity and actual quantity received) and
coal consumption to maintain the precise usable coal stock.

• Tracking of Coal Loss on a weekly basis and highlighting the gap between

receipt coal & fired coal to management for further action to minimise the gap.

• Updation of the coal consumption in SAP on monthly basis by co-ordinating

with finance team/BD team.

• Regular Monitoring & Preparing of sustenance review meeting report and

organizing sustenance review meeting (PMO) & also tracking of all process
compliances & KPI compliances.

• Ensure the implementation of system integrated tool and activity
• Regular Monitoring of Energy Management process.
• Conduct Energy Audits & Statuary Compliance monitoring.
• To ensure circulation of technical and behavioural training calendar and its

timely implementation for all Employees.

• Conduct “Professional Circle” – Knowledge sharing sessions every month
• Monitoring the sustenance of all Disha process to achieve more than 98%

process compliance.
