Job Description: Customer Service/Chat Support (Work from Home)
We are looking for a customer service representative who can provide support to our customers through chat. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and efficiently to resolve customer issues and inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date with product and service information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Access to a reliable internet connection and computer
