Job Description: Customer ServiceChat Support WFH

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Customer ServiceChat Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
• Process customer orders and returns
• Update customer information in the database
• Meet and exceed customer service performance metrics

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
