• Role Requirement – HR Generalist with major thrust on Talent Acquisition & L&OD.

• The key responsibilities of the person will be:
  • Updation of Job Descriptions
  • Job Posting,Sourcing & Screening
  • Scheduling interviews and also being a part of the panel
  • Salary Negotiation
  • Preparation of CTC comparable and Offer Approval, Issuance of Offer Letter
  • Conduct Pre-employment Medical
  • Reference Checks & Background Verification
  • Exposure to HRMS (Taleo)
  • Training Needs Identification (TNI)
  • Identification of trainers/consultants
  • Preparation of Training Calendar
  • Overall administration of training-from co-ordination with the participants, HODs,trainers(external/internal) to implementation of the training
  • Monitoring & Assessment of training feedback, training effectiveness
  • Managing the training budget
  • Administering LMS and online learning(e Vidyalaya)
  • Managing Summer Interns
  • Satisfaction Surveys/feedback
  • Drive HR initiatives related to Employee Engagement
  • Identification of Critical Positions
  • Succession Planning
  • Support employees in preparation of Individual Development Plan (IDP)

• Qualifications – MBA/PGDM-Human Resource Management (Full time)
• Experience – 5-8 years of relevant experience in an industrial setup
