1. Ensuring proper Work distribution of all technicians and contract labours
on daily basis.
2. Ensuring completion of all jobs with proper safety and quality and same will
be completed within time.
3. Preparation of TER of all materials & services within time frame
4. Provide budget inputs and control cost to maintain yearly budgets
5. Continually improve all TG 660 area maintenance processes to optimize the
plant’s availability, reliability and efficiency, and to exceed revenue and
O&M targets within operating budget
6. Preparation of technical data sheet of TG area equipment’s and making
history record of repair, servicing & replacement of equipments.
7. Implementation of SOP to ensure 100% availability & reliability of all
equipment’s.
