• To take over of newly commissioned Solar Plant, organise infrastructure & resources and appoint Technical site in-charges for its routine O&M.
• To facilitate the Technical Site in-charges in governing the routine O&M activities at respective cluster. Plan utilization of resources, prioritize, and initiate O&M activities.

• To keep a tab on the availability of materials, tools & tackles, safety &maintenance equipment in good working condition.
• Operating and maintaining of Solar Plant with maximum availability. Special focus on keeping attention on Grid availability to the maximum to ensure that the plants get to generate at optimum yield.
• Operation and Maintenance of pooling substation and the external electric lines for high grid availability.
• To put a system in place for ensuring the Form – Bs / Generation certifications from the Utilities happening on a regular basis and the collection of payments from the respective Utilities.
• To seamlessly coordinate with utilities to understand the continuous changes in the Grid and its impact on the running solar plants. To initiate any corrective actions if required in the Utility networks through the Head-Project.
• Performance analysis of the solar plant through its PR& CUF (using SCADA).
• Identifying and raising technical issues at a common platform for meeting correct solutions.
• Interaction with the OEMs for feedbacks on Solar plant performance and requirements for retrofitting and modifications.
• Inventory management and preparation of Spare Provision Plan.
• Forecasting of Budget and regular monitoring of Plan Vs Actual expenses.

BE Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation with 17-20 Years of experience.
