To maintain all the vessels in operational condition all the time

Responsible for timely collections of payments from all the clients

Liaisioning with Clients & Ports for smooth running of contracts

To maintain all statutory compliance for the tugs & offices

To ensure that Planned maintenance is being done in time with minimum downtime

To monitor overall budgets of all offshore vessels for proper allocation and consumption

To monitor downtime / off-hire period for any loss of income

To Prepare various MIS for the performance of the vessels and to share with HO

To verify the competence of the crew / staff for non-stop and trouble free operation at all the ports

Periodic Appraisal of the branch staff to be done and feedback to be discussed

To liaise with branches & HO for all technical, commercial, statutory, and personal matters

Qualifications

Education Qualifications

B.Tech. In Marine Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with GME

Desirable Qualifications

Marine Engineering Officer Class 1

MBA in General Management

Relevant Experience

Sailing experience at Management Level and/or experience as technical superintendent for 2 years. At least overall experience of 15 years
