Planning and executing the jobs ensuring safety throughout the process.

Planning the resources for maintenance in advance such as consumables, spares, manpower, tools and tackles.

Regularly monitoring the health of the equipment and planning the predictive maintenance to avoid the failures.

Planning preventive maintenance and executing with the vendor.

Ensuring the strict adherences of the standard maintenance procedures and safety norms of the organization.

Training and up gradation of department subordinates/contractor’ personnal by analysing and arranging the Trainings in house as well as at other professional institutes.

Ensuring safety throughout the process by complying the safety practices, complying with SMPs, encouraging the safety practices by eliminating the unsafe conditions and unsafe acts.

Department compliance to IMS, SMS and other statutory needs.

Plan for the jobs, materials for Annual Overhaul and executing the jobs.
