Receipt and safe unloading of all Incoming material as per Storage and Preservation Manual, monitoring timely physical verification, Tagging and updation of Inspection location on documents like Invoice /Chillan.

Collection of material from nearby locations Padubidri, Udupi and Mangalore in Stores pick up.

GRN Processing as per SLA. Closure of Pending gate entries on weekly basis. Follow up with TC, vendors and end users for Inspection/rejection clearance as per SLA

Follow up for rectification of problem in GRN creation with concerned ex- F&A, IT etc.

Binning within 72 Hrs of Checklist/Inspection clearances.

MIS preparation for GIN to GRN days, Inspection pending cases, Rejection cases with reasons, Shortage, Damaged & excess material receipt communication to Procurement & vendor. Insurance claim and survey for damaged cases.

Rejection clearance within 30 days -Timely sending the rejection note to concerned, Follow up with concerned for reducing the Ageing of rejected material and arranging the transport and relevant documents for sending the rejected material back to vendor.

Maintaining 5S standards in respective area.

Receiving of scrap from various departments and proper storage at designated scrap yard

Proper documentation of available scrap

Taking action for disposal of scrap

Witnessing loading of scrap as per Sale Order

Gate pass & invoice processing for scrap sale

Providing related supports during scrap lot declaration and sale order processing

Coordination with customers for timely lifting of scrap materials.

Purpose of the Position

To act as single point co-ordinator on behalf of the Site Techno Commercial Group for specific section of the stores O&M and responsible for effective co-ordination with other departments like Site Engineer I/C of Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation & other departments for material issue and proper inventory management at site

Principle Accountabilities

Job allocation to the manpower on yearly / half yearly basis so that inventory management smoothen.

To ensure proper Issue and Reconciliation of the Inventory physical as well as in system/Books.

Proper accounting of material issue to update the inventory to support the financial aspects.

Checking of authentication of Material Issue Slip and issue of material as per user requirement.

Return back excess / refurbished materials in store as per approved material return slip

Preservation as per SOP

Statutory compliance of store equipment

Role & Responsibilities

.To ensure day to day issuance of material to all concern agencies after checking the material issue cum reservation slip (MRIS) for proper accounting can be done.

Checking of issued materials before movement from store for correctness

Ensuring proper storage and preservation of all materials as per SOP

If required material shifting and preservation of certain critical & sensitive material, which needs to be protect from heat, rain & dust.

After issue of material to various agency, issue posting of the same in SAP contactor wise and order wise to update the proper accounting of inventory

To ensure proper documentation and records for stores compliance.

To check and verify the material reconciliation of various agencies on monthly basis.

Time bound MIS circulation for higher management.

Qualifications

Any Graduate / BE (added advantage with PG Diploma of SCM or Inventory Management)
