Adani Group Hiring for Officer – RTR at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

• Recording, verifying and posting financial transactions (manual and automated)
• Running daily and month-end programs (e.g. GR, IR regrouping, IUPF posting, tax clearing and etc.)
• Generating and providing supporting documentation for closing books and consolidation of financial results
• Performing post closing activity and supporting processing of payroll by collating data, uploading inputs and query resolution
• Performing activities related to analysis of reconciliation of accounts along with issue identification, maintenance of relevant documentation, responding to queries and assembling the reconciliation inputs in system/tools.
• Performing Intercompany reconciliation between entities which includes identification, maintenance of relevant documentation.
• Providing support documentation, generating matching reports and finalizing intercompany balances and reports
• Participating in continuous improvement projects within Shared services.
• Partner with the Service Management team to provide input to service reporting, Facilitate service transition when required.
• Analyze issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Collection of inter company balance data weekly, monthly, quarterly & annually. – Accuracy & Timeliness
• Performing monthly reconciliation of Intercompany transactions Accuracy & Timeliness
• Performing daily, weekly and monthly follow-up of clearing of open items including seeking payments from receivables – Accuracy & Timeliness
• Preparation of related party transaction report for IGAAP & Tax Books – Accuracy & Timeliness

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Min qualification: Bachelors/Masters degree in Commerce
• Job Specification
• 3-6 yrs relevant years of experience
• Must have hands-on experience of working on SAP & proficiency in Microsoft excel.
• Knowledge of Financial Accounting, IFRS, iGAAP & Companies Act.
• Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources through good analytical skills, Result oriented, with high level of motivation for self-growth
