Preparation of schedule for various Horticultural Developmental and Maintenance tasks and review the same on regular basis with the concerned agencies & Teams and take action plan to complete the work within schedule time frame.

Developing & deploying best practices for utilization of organic waste into manure and water conservation.

Introduction of mechanized way of working.

Drive for aesthetic look.

Preparation/ checking, proposals & Bill of Quantities for various works.

Bills Verifications & ensure timely payments to vendors

Follow up for PR, Reservations & Bills processing in SAP

Maintain records for all documents, details & drawings etc.

Ensuring timely availability of all resources including materials for achieving the scheduled progress of work.

Inspection and review of quality as per approved quality plan & maintain record.

Implementation of safety in various activities as per norms & ensure safe work practices at site.

Coordination with different departments

Responsible for maintaining existing infrastructure of the plant in best condition.

Follow procedures as per the pesticide manufacturer’s guide lines and document. Each activity through proper check lists for reference.

Develop team working and culture.

Maintain good working relationship.
