Responsibilities
- Support the Tower Leads in carrying out the activities within stipulated timeline as per SLA
- Deliver quality and professional service to all internal customers and stakeholders; Handling queries courteously & ensuring timely response
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure high quality and consistent service delivery
- Collect and cleanse data to populate management reporting systems
- Ability to get into detailing of the process and have an eye for detail; Give suggestions for process improvement
Qualifications
Education Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or related field
- Good interpersonal skills as the resource will be interacting with the stakeholders
Experience Required
- 5-7 years of experience
- Sound domain knowledge required in terms of process deliverables
- Knowledge of HRMS Systems & Service Delivery Platforms
