• Exception handling like adjustments based on standard exception scenario, mismatched invoices.
• Ensuring compliance/ adherence of internal controls. Statutory requirements and also of QA framework.
• Checking, clearing and processing of Invoices for all categories like bulk material, Capex, Services, Transportation etc.
• Ensure that overall delivery of services is within agreed KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensuring accuracy and quality, application of appropriate taxes, TDS, as per the region/Country /OpCos etc.
• Conducting 3-way / 2-way matches and Non PO Process

Qualifications

Skills & Knowledge

• Ability to utilize information from a wide variety of sources
• Able to work with different environments handling multiple clients and contacts for each invoice.
• Experience of SAP and working in cement or any other manufacturing industry will be preferable
• Have knowledge of general accounting principles.
