Job Objective
To ensure smooth functioning of aspects pertaining to enabling functions of ABEX by meeting all the deliveries as per the agreed terms and act as a single point of contact for any matters related to service delivery tu BU’s

Roles and Responsibilities
Strategic Roles & Responsibilities Conceive and oversee periodic data analysis on key controls, SLA’s and operational metrics and identify areas of improvement Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders with the objective of meeting delivery as per the agreed parameters
Identify, design and drive continuous improvements in ABEX by applying industry-standard techniques
Identify improvement areas based on feedback gathered from Business users and maintain strategic relationships
Ensure transitions are executed in a timely manner with minimal disruption to business,and adherence to SLAs is agreed with business after a stabilization period of two performance cycles
Prepare to-be design & participate in the solution discussions with stakeholders to drive automation of processes
To generate & analyze other reports like governance report, MIS and support CoE Lead with analysis of updated reports at regular intervals
Qualifications
Job Profile
Educational Qualification: • BBA / MBA
Experiences: • 7- 10 years of relevant work experience
Green belt/Black belt – Six Sigma / Lean
