Role And Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Tooling/Mining Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for using CAD or AutoCAD software to analyze existing tooling designs, identify areas for improvement, and develop new designs based on client or project specifications. You will collaborate with colleagues to share designs and implement relevant feedback. Additionally, you will be involved in the prototyping, testing, and quality assurance of new designs.

As part of your responsibilities, you will travel to manufacturing plants and factories to gather information and liaise with manufacturing and design teams. You will create blueprints and designs using CAD or AutoCAD software and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure the best deals. Furthermore, you will schedule meetings with management and marketing personnel as required.

Candidate Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Engineering or a related field. Freshers with a strong passion for tooling and mining engineering are encouraged to apply. Previous experience with CAD or AutoCAD software would be an asset, although it is not mandatory.
