• Developing and executing comprehensive land acquisition strategies in alignment with project timelines and business objectives
• Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with local communities, government officials, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth land acquisition processes
• Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to land acquisition, environmental clearances, and related permissions
• Leading and mentoring a team of land acquisition and liasoning professionals to deliver on project requirements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate land acquisition plans with project development and execution
• Representing the organization in relevant forums, public hearings, and community engagements to address concerns and build goodwill
• Providing strategic inputs to senior management on potential risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies related to land acquisition and liasoning
• Contributing to the development of corporate policies and practices related to land acquisition and community engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
