Adani Group Looking For Sr Officer – Security at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Full Time

• Align the strategic objectives, priorities, road maps and goals for the Governance function at the overall Group Governance strategy
• Support the security HR to formulate plans and strategies to drive People Operations at group level.
• Ensure timely execution of annual activities like leave entitlements, LTA, Medical benefits, hospitalization claims, etc. to facilitate smooth operation
• Ensure payment of termination payments like resignation, retirements etc
• Supervise and maintain records related to employees benefits such as medical, LTA, bonus, maternity records etc.
• Supervise documents and records related to joining formalities like confirmation letters and exit formalities of employees like relieving certificates, service certificates, no dues, covering letter etc.

Governance Frameworks

• Understand the HR governance framework and implement governance systems, processes and control systems.
• Continually monitor and ensure adherence to defined governance protocols

Committees and Boards

• Participate in governance committees to share insights from group governance perspective

Audits

• Verify records and perform HR/Departmental audits regarding necessary compliances to ensure complete compliance

Data Collection

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases

Data Analysis

• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• Create appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand the steps of the data analysis process and duplicate or replicate the analysis if necessary.

Data Interpretation

• Interpret and research employee data findings to make recommendations to the management.
• Filter data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Implement practices to ensure system usage for workflow, analysis, and reporting; Determine controls to assure data accuracy in the system
• Manage a strategic system of data to accurately analyse and provide timely reports to management to aid decision making (e.g.: Productivity metrics, training metrics, motivation levels, inclination to leave etc.)
• Tap into strategic employee information using data analytics and generate meaningful insights to build interventions to enhance the workforce capability

Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

• Master’s degree in Business Management/ Organizational Psychology or relevant field

Experiences

• Minimum of 6 months to 3 years experience in the field of HR for mid-sized / large organization
