Adani Ports and SEZ Hiring for Incharge – CSD at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Full Time

• Planning, monitoring and controlling – day to day dredging/operational activities of CSD Shanti Sagar 21.
• Consulting and planning with Project Managers and Dredger Operators to maximize daily productivity.
• Raising Indents / Requisitions for material requirement to reduce delays/breakdown.
• Accountability of materials, fuel and Lube oils in vessels. & time to time booking in SAP.
• Identify repair requirements of vessels and comply the work in co-ordination with Workshop team.
• To ensure consistent improvement in Safety standards in vessels & Inspection/Certification of Lifting Gears/Towing Gears/Cranes/Chain blocks in site.
• Ensure dredgers statutory requirements to comply with statutory bodies.
• Planning and arrangements for all repair and maintenance in vessels and planning & execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
• Ensure continuous improvement in operational/process standards.
• Identify Operational/maintenance gaps in site and rectify the issue with consultation with Project Manager/Maintenance team.
• Coordinating with stores for spares, consumables and other supplies.
• Control and managing of manpower of dredger efficiently.
• Assign duties or assignments to manpower according to their skills and Work priority.
• Employee development- Initiate trainings to Engineers on SAP/Equipment up-keeping,
• Operators & crews-Behavioral safety training and to Improve Hazard Identification by vessel crews.

Qualifications

Diploma / B.Tech in related field with suitable work experience.
