• Manage and supervise security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to security operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to address security concerns and incidents effectively.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of security systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.
• Respond to security breaches and alarms, investigate and document security incidents.
• Prepare and maintain security budget, forecast security needs, and allocate resources accordingly.
• Stay updated on emerging security technologies and best practices to enhance security measures.

Qualifications

• 18-25 years of experience in security management, preferably in the thermal projects industry.
• Demonstrated track record of implementing security strategies and managing security operations effectively.
