Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis to identify urban development needs and opportunities in Mumbai
• Developing comprehensive urban plans and strategies to address key challenges and maximize opportunities
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and government officials to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Engaging with local communities to gather input and feedback on proposed urban development projects
• Preparing and presenting reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management
• Monitoring the progress of urban development projects and making adjustments as necessary
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting urban planning
• Ensuring that all urban development projects align with Adani’s sustainability goals and objectives

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

• Master’s in urban or Regional Planning or Housing. Bachelors in architecture

Experience

Town Planning Scheme/ TOD Scheme or any other Planning area scheme. Good knowledge of Planning regulations and local planning norms and building bye-laws.

Excellence in AutoCAD, GIS, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel based modeling, MS Office. Good knowledge of Sketchup Pro
