• 2+ years of high-performance experience as Data Associate/Annotator in video labeling projects;
• understanding the full cycle of video annotation process from task initialization to data set delivery to the customer;
• understanding of the annotation quality control processes/approach;
• ability to ensure high data quality standards and consistency on tasks;
• proven demonstration of high quality KPIs in different annotation tasks;
• being detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to follow, adapt, improve and implement complex instructions and processes;
• high analytical skills to identify root causes;
• demonstrating deep engagement, ownership, responsibility and customer focus;
• being able to handle multiple competing priorities and deliver high quality output in tight deadlines;
• having proficiency in video data markup tools;
• being an experienced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Job summary

Annotation Quality Control Team implements data quality standards and processes to manage the solid quality of data annotation across its lifecycle. We are looking for Data Quality Associates (Recheckers/Auditors), who have strong video annotation expertise and practical experience in data verification to build, coordinate and support high data accuracy standards for video labeling projects. DQAs is expected to have an increased level of responsibility for the final result of the tasks accomplished by the Annotation department.

Key job responsibilities

• check annotated videos in accordance with the customer requirements;
• report mistakes in accordance with an appropriate mistake policy;
• verify videos that meet customer requirements and sent videos with mistakes back to Data Annotators;
• report to Line Manager in case of noticing systematical misunderstanding from DAs side;
• track customer requirements sources (documents, chats) for updates daily;
• fulfill special tasks that differs from standard annotation.
• hands-on experience specifically in various home security cameras video labeling;
• knowledge of our security products (device types, basic specs, data types, typical use cases, etc.);
• English level B1+.
