Candidate Management

• Client management and Engagement.
• 10+ yrs into c2h hiring process with min of 3 =yrs into vendor management – recruitment
• Expertise in team management and working closely with hiring team of Clients.
• Employee engagement and management.
• Sourcing and Screening the Candidates as per client requirements.
• Developing and managing Candidate pool
• Attracting new candidates via networking, internal database, job portals, references, Headhunting & campus.
• Maintaining call cycles for selected pool of candidates
• Maintaining relationships with both sourced and placed Candidates
• Candidate Management during recruitment process and after selection.
• Monitor online portals and incoming emails for new job opportunities
• Arranging interviews, preparing candidates for interview, taking client and candidate feedback

Client Management

• Establish and maintain good relationships with clients through regular telephone contact, visits and reviewing our service to ensure a quality service is provided at all times
• Develop a detailed knowledge of the nature and culture of all clients businesses
• Generate client information
