Location – Bangalore/Gurgaon/ HyderabadJob role -Assisting the Partner and team in their day-to-day activities.Assist with calendar management and co-ordinating for meetings.Assist in travel for both domestic and international, visa, documentation, hotel bookings etc.Assisting the Partner and being pro-active in recording their time entries and preparing invoices.Helping the Partners and team with basic document formatting, printing, making presentations etc.Co-ordinating with other internal teams as and when requiredHelping the team in basic admin related work – meeting room bookings, setting up conference calls, filing, photocopying etcAnswering emails and phone calls as and when necessaryHelping the team follow the internal firm processes – time entry, work projections, document submission etc.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹400,000.00 – ₹800,000.00 per yearSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Executive Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
