Sr Specialist Journey Optimization
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Working within the Consumer Experience team, you’ll be supporting and shaping our optimisation pipeline, helping to drive forward enhancements that help create a meaningful impact in the consumer’s end-to-end browsing and buying experience.
The role is to know what makes our consumer base tick, understand their pain points, questions and objectives through journey & data analysis and layer in a commercial, brand-enhancing proposition to address those issues across the entire end-to-end journey.
Our goal is to evolve the consumer experience so that when a consumer leaves our touch point, we not only meeting their expectations, but we are exceeding them – this role is key for delivering on this goal.
Key Responsibilities
Execution of Experience Optimization for the market.
Input into the global e2e journey optimization strategy
Assist in executing the local optimisation roadmap strategy for the market across the e2e journey with key partners across the organisation
Support drive forward our copy communication,
Execution of tests to drive the maximum return on investment for the business.
Partner with external agencies to support execution of experience roadmap.
Collaborate with analytics and experience teams to translate insights into hypothesis for testing or input into Global Experience teams.
Work closely with the Global copy and translations teams to ensure content requests are delivered on time and to the required quality to support the localisation strategy.
Create monthly A/B testing and conversion reports to highlight trends across markets and devices.
Conduct regular cross browser/device testing to ensure key site features are functioning, identifying bugs and ensuring the relevant fixes are logged.
Act as key ambassador for testing across [Market] teams to drive a testing and optimization mindset.

KPI’s to be tracked:
Effective recommendations and end to end conversions across all channels.
Cross sell and upsell ratio linked to AOV.
Consumer on site NPS score where measured.
Markdown control and full Price share ratio
Knowledge and skills
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across organization functions.
Best practice focused, ensuring we stay relevant and ahead of consumer expectations
Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for Experince Optimization
Understanding of digital analytics, optimization and consumer branded commercial experiences
Requisite Education & Experience
Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce.
BA / BS in Analytics, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, Digital or related field (Master’s / Graduate qualification a plus).
