Job Purpose:Manager

Providing strategic advice across a variety of financial products and services.

Assessing client’s overall financial picture, understand their needs and develop a solid financial plan.

Guiding clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision.

The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• To recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the Yearly target set in the Goal Sheet.
• Provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.
• Maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.
