Key Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Financial Advisors, motivating and guiding them to achieve and surpass sales targets.

Utilize market connections to generate quality leads and identify new business opportunities within the agency partner channel.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that business strategies align with overall company goals.

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the financial advisory market.

Conduct market research to remain abreast of industry trends and evolving customer needs.
